The International Golden Heart Award directed at advocating the highest human values deserves every possible recognition and support and today, I am happy to see that the noble idea you have been developing is now becoming a reality.

In our difficult time, full of cruelty and violence and characterized by the escalation of hostility on ethnic and religious grounds, as well as the international terrorism offensive, love, kindness and concern for people should enjoy respect and recognition. It is now that people of different nationalities and faiths should unite to erect a barrier in the path of escalating evil.

The motto of the Award - Honor. Dignity. Nobleness.- is now as topical as ever. It reflects the everlasting ideals which should be the aspiration of any self respecting person. At present, when the world is uniting against violence, it is important to strengthen belief in the victory of good over evil.
